Subdivision plat - we are in active communication with the city. Due to the time that has passed we are required to get a new title in order to move forward, however we were just informed yesterday that we would be permitted to proceed with the expired title to keep moving forward. We also received confirmation this week that our primary contact, Anne, has been reassigned to a new department and we are now working with another city member.   2.
